Mark Allen of Pawnee apparently doesn't as he battered Royse City with a 5-hit outburst in today's game to lead his club to a 12-6 win. He told the press after the game, "And I didn't even take BP today. I think I have been taking too many swings before game and decided to take a day off. Wow, this was really something... a 5 for 5 day... will my name be in the record books now?" Mark Allen singled in the 1st, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI double in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and singled in the 8th. Allen has collected 57 hits for the ParksNRec this year, 5 of them home runs. He has also netted 24 RBIs and scored 30 runs while batting .302. |
