Webber Wins M3L Triple A Pitching Crown Tuesday, October 6th, 2020 The Sunset District Fog have a rising superstar or maybe even a budding Hall-of-Famer in the making. It's Matt Webber, this year's M3L Triple A Outstanding Pitcher Award selection. This blossoming hurler wowed fans, peers and sportswriters with a fabulous performance. Webber compiled a 14-5 record in 25 starts, tallied 180 strikeouts in 192 innings and recorded a 2.91 ERA. Other clubs managed only a .216 batting average against him. Joseph Reed of the Hialeah Dodos finished second in voting, while Víctor Padilla of the Vermont Lake Monsters finished third. |
