Mancelona Wins Top Spot in Premier A Friday, August 28th, 2020 For a team that has never won a Round 1, capturing the Premier A is a good start. That's the situation the Mancelona Torch find themselves in as their division title today became official. "We might not have a lot of championship experience as a franchise, but when push comes to shove, I believe in these guys," said shortstop Mark Davis. "We want to be that team to bring the title home to Mancelona." Team manager Paul Watts said it won't be easy to capture the Round 1, but noted that "nothing worth doing ever is." |
