Skipper Allen Sacked; Columbia Starts Search Sunday, September 27th, 2020 A press conference announcing the firing of Nick Allen has been set for today by the Columbia River Rats. When pressed for reasons behind the decision to fire Allen, the Columbia GM said, "We spoke in my office for an hour and decided that it was time to make a change. Unfortunately, his philosophy was no longer working in the clubhouse and a new voice was necessary for us to continue moving in the right direction." A replacement is expected to be named to the media later soon. |
