Wilcox Joins Exclusive Triple Crown Club Thursday, September 24th, 2020 When it came to hitting the baseball, Thom Wilcox had few peers in the Premier League this year. The gifted second baseman for Brooklyn led the league in hitting, home runs, and runs batted in to capture the 2nd Triple Crown in PL history. He put up a .358 average, 29 home runs, and 93 RBIs during the 2020 campaign. A truly historic performance. Speaking to reporters, Wilcox said, "I'd be happy to lead the league in just one of these categories. To win all three makes this an extra special season." |
