Rapiers Hurler Named UAA's #1 Starter Sunday, September 1st, 2019 There's something about a young rookie winning the USPL Double A Pitcher of the Month trophy that sends shock waves through the league. Such is the case with Michael Logan, a 20-year-old starter for the Durham Rapiers. In August, he topped off the month with a 4-1 mark and 2.60 ERA in 5 starts, tossed 34.2 innings, fanned 47 and held opposing teams to a .208 average. To this point in the season, Logan shows a 11-6 record, 19 starts, 123.1 innings, 156 strikeouts and a 3.50 ERA. |
