Álvarez Receives Injury Update Tuesday, July 9th, 2019 Martín Álvarez could soon be placed on the disabled list. The Atlantic City left fielder told reporters that he expects to be "out of commission" for 7 months because of a concussion. He hasn't played since 07/06/2019 and, he said, he's "itchin' to get back out there." Álvarez is batting .318 this year with 5 home runs, 38 RBIs and 18 runs scored. He has 49 hits in 154 at-bats. |
