O'Dell's Hit Streak Soars to 25 Games Monday, June 24th, 2019 Chesapeake's Christian O'Dell was 1-1 in the Continentals 9-7 victory over the Remsen Alphas. That stretched his hitting streak to 25 games. In the clubhouse after the win, the 26-year-old O'Dell told reporters, "I'm in a groove right now, and I am trying to stay there by doing the same things over and over again. If I change something, it might bring me bad luck." Christian O'Dell hit an RBI single in the 9th. Presently O'Dell is batting .520 with no home runs and 6 RBIs. He has played in 8 games and scored 7 times. |
