Neal Receives Updated Diagnosis Saturday, September 28th, 2019 Robert Neal will have to wait a while longer. The Salem starting pitcher was informed this afternoon that he will miss another 4 months with a fractured elbow. The injury has kept him off the field since 09/27/2019. Though Neal had hoped to return soon, he has no choice but to be patient. "Gotta stay focused," he said. "Gotta stay positive." This year Neal has worked 129.2 innings with 130 strikeouts en route to a 4-8 record and 5.21 ERA. |
