League Suspends Unknown and Stephenson for Brawl Friday, September 20th, 2019 Today the league office handed out 2-game suspensions to Jim Unknown of the Aeros and Gabe Stephenson of the Misfits for their roles in a benches-clearing skirmish at Battle Ground Stadium yesterday. The league commissioner said in the statement to both organizations, "This league does not condone fighting and aggressive conduct on the field, thus we had to take action to discourage this behavior in the future." This year Stephenson has 1 save in 34 relief appearances with a 6-1 record and 3.88 ERA. |
