Star of the Week Awarded in 2AAA Monday, July 8th, 2019 Ron Goodwin did nothing to hurt his value as an upcoming free agent last week, making contact with the ball at every opportunity and reeling in the League 2 AAA Player of the Week Award. The first baseman hit .450 for the Battlekings, recording 9 hits in 20 at-bats, 5 home runs, 9 RBIs and 7 runs scored. So far this season Goodwin has put up a .316 batting average with 49 hits, 15 home runs and 39 RBIs. |
