30-Game Hitting Streak for Gonzáles Saturday, July 13th, 2019 The streak is alive and well -- at least for today. Jorge Gonzáles did it again. He bashed 3 hits in today's game and for the last 30 games in a row has collected at least one hit. The 26-year-old Bakersfield left fielder extended his streak as the Nobles beat the Salt Lake City Buzz 3-2 at Spirits Stadium. Jorge Gonzáles hit an RBI double in the 1st, singled in the 4th, flied out in the 6th and singled in the 9th. So far this season Gonzáles has 12 home runs and a .400 batting average. |
