The Disaster shortstop came to the plate 6 times and collected 5 hits. It was a good day for Green and a tough day for Port Royal. Mike Green singled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Manny Caraballo in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, hit a three-run home run off Ed White in the 8th and flied out in the 9th. In 13 games this season Green has compiled a .250 batting average with 13 hits and 5 home runs. He has also scored 12 times and knocked in 13 runs. |
