Prieto Pounds L3AAA Pitchers This Week Monday, August 12th, 2019 So far in his young career, António Prieto has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the League 3 AAA in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 25-year-old Wilmington Bay Hawks second baseman hit at a torrid .611 clip as he collected 11 hits in 18 at-bats, 2 home runs, 8 RBIs and 7 runs scored. This year Prieto is batting .282 with 8 home runs. |
