Great Year Gets Eler 3L Outstanding Hitter Award Monday, October 28th, 2019 There was nobody hotter in the Third League this season as Terrence Eler attacked enemy pitching with a vengeance and came away with the Outstanding Hitter Award for 2019. The 20-year-old right fielder hit .300 while collecting 128 hits, 19 doubles, 3 triples, 49 home runs and 109 RBIs. He also scored 87 runs and posted a .387 on-base percentage.David Smith of the Thunder Bay Northern Lions BC finished second in voting, while Bryan Manning of the Chicago Hawks finished third. |
