The 26-year-old first baseman went about his business with vigor last week to grab the Silver League Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .500 average (8-16) with 3 home runs, 8 RBIs and 6 runs scored. This season in 89 games, Rice has hit at a .310 clip with 103 hits, 18 home runs, 57 RBIs and 60 runs scored. |
