PL's Star Player Named Monday, September 23rd, 2019 At the age of 30, Mike Silver might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The California first baseman put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .520 batting average. For his efforts Silver collected the Premier League Player of the Week Award. He racked up 13 hits in 25 at-bats, 4 home runs and 9 RBIs last week in 6 games. This season Silver is hitting .288 with 105 hits, 21 home runs, 59 RBIs, scored 62 runs and played in 103 games. |
