2AAA's #1 Pitcher is Brouwer Wednesday, September 26th, 2018 Benjamin Brouwer of the Ogres humbled hitters all season long and today celebrated as he hauled in the League 2 AAA Pitcher of the Year trophy, the coveted Outstanding Pitcher Award. The Bangor Trident Base hurler held opposing hitters to a .280 batting average while putting up a 10-8 record and a 4.87 earned run average. He started 24 games, pitched 146 innings and struck out 144.William Taylor of the Naperville Battlekings finished second in voting, while Kenshin Koike of the Saint-Jérôme Amish finished third. |
