Wade's Hit Streak Soars to 20 Games Sunday, September 2nd, 2018 Marcus Wade has been ripping hits every day for quite some time, and no team seems to be able to stop him. The Naperville shortstop got 3 hits today against the Tremont Doubledays and now has a 20-game hitting streak. The Battlekings won the game 13-6. Marcus Wade struck out in the 1st, singled in the 4th, singled in the 5th, hit a GRAND SLAM off Josh Parker in the 6th and flied out in the 8th. This year Wade has hit at a .370 clip with 40 RBIs, 13 home runs and 35 runs scored. |
