Powell Torches Doubledays for 5 Hits Thursday, August 16th, 2018 Amish right fielder Jason Powell went ballistic today with the bat. He smoked the Doubledays for 5 hits and sparked Saint-Jérôme to a 20-3 win over Tremont at Doubledays Stadium. Jason Powell singled in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 2nd, hit a three-run home run off Josh Parker in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 8th. Powell is swinging at a .471 pace on the year with 12 home runs, 42 RBIs and 39 runs scored. He has played in 48 games. |
