Jefferson Picked Best Player Monday, September 10th, 2018 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the League 1 AAA, but last week Jared Jefferson of the Thomasville Lookouts reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Jefferson rocked opposing pitching for a .519 average (14-27), 6 home runs and 12 RBIs to come away with the award. Presently Jefferson is batting .346 with 23 home runs and 89 RBIs. He has played in 114 games and scored 81 times. |
