Franklin on Fire, Named Player of the Week Monday, August 6th, 2018 His hard work and hustle paid off this week. The hard-working and hard-playing Shane Franklin was rewarded with the League 3 AAA Player of the Week honors. The scrappy Milton Bills second baseman hit .550 while collecting 11 hits in 20 at-bats, 4 home runs and 10 RBIs. So far this season Franklin is batting .332 with 17 home runs, 52 RBIs and 47 runs scored. He has 68 hits in 205 at-bats, 29 walks and a .416 OBP. Franklin has played in 52 games. |
