August's UAA Batter of Month Award Announced Friday, September 1st, 2017 Tacoma's Ángel Garza had a productive August and topped it off by winning the Batter of the Month citation from the USPL Double A. The 32-year-old catcher stood out at the plate with a .326 batting average, 10 home runs, 29 RBIs and 20 runs scored. In this current campaign Garza is hitting at a .328 clip with 17 home runs and 48 RBIs. |
