Hughes Expected to Miss 9 Months Wednesday, August 23rd, 2017 Team officials for the Phoenix Hotspur Youth have revealed that the recent injury to Ken Hughes will keep him out for 9 months. The 22-year-old reliever suffered a torn ulnar collateral ligament on 08/19/2017. He has not played since. Crunching the numbers on Hughes for the year, he has made 27 relief appearances, recorded no saves and compiled a 0-1 won-lost mark and 3.63 ERA. In pitching 39.2 innings, he has totaled 41 strikeouts and 15 walks. |
