Arrowheads Brent Burgess Wins UAA Award Monday, August 21st, 2017 Brent Burgess burst onto the USPL Double A stage in a big way last week. This promising rookie shortstop for Leupp garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy. The 24-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .440 (11-25) with 2 home runs and 7 RBIs last week. Presently Burgess is hitting .318 with 9 home runs and 47 RBIs. He has played in 92 games and scored 59 times. |
