Montgomery Out 4-5 Months Wednesday, August 16th, 2017 Michael Montgomery could soon be placed on the disabled list. The Mercer Island second baseman told reporters that he expects to be "out of commission" for 4-5 months because of a fractured ankle. He hasn't played since 08/14/2017 and, he said, he's "itchin' to get back out there." This year Montgomery has batted at a .321 pace with 104 hits, 2 home runs, 47 RBIs and scored 43 times. |
