Hits Galore: Terry Drills 5 Hits Monday, July 17th, 2017 Today the Youth downed the Fur Traders 16-12 as Phil Terry sprayed hits all over Ballpark of Tacoma in a 5-hit explosion, finishing with 5 hits in 6 at-bats. The Phoenix Hotspur shortstop said to reporters in the postgame interview, "It makes it easier if you get a good pitch. The odds are in your favor then, not the pitcher's. I got a bunch of very pretty pitches to hit today and I didn't miss any of them." Phil Terry hit a two-run triple in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, grounded out in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th. Currently Terry is batting .336 with 9 home runs and 37 RBIs. |
