Porter Receives Updated Diagnosis Sunday, July 16th, 2017 Chad Porter could soon be placed on the disabled list. The Westwood starting pitcher told reporters that he expects to be "out of commission" for 4-5 months because of ulnar nerve irritation. He hasn't played since 07/13/2017 and, he said, he's "itchin' to get back out there." Porter has gone 4-2 this season with an ERA of 2.30 and 49 strikeouts in 47 innings pitched. Other clubs are hitting .266 against him. |
