Koper on the Attack, Player of the Week Monday, June 5th, 2017 Josef Koper made quite a splash in the USPL Double A this past week. The Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks third baseman drilled opposing pitchers for 11 hits in 21 at-bats to roll up a .524 batting average and the USPL Double A Player of the Week Award. He also contributed 1 home run, 10 RBIs and 7 runs scored to his club's offensive attack. This season Koper is batting .302 with 3 home runs. He has scored 17 runs and driven in 20. |
