UAA's Top Hitter for 2017 Named Thursday, September 21st, 2017 Bob Davis of the Paynesville Pyramids had a fine season this year and today he accepted the Outstanding Hitter Award for 2017. The 22-year-old catcher put up a .367 average and a .455 on-base percentage, piling up 102 hits, 23 doubles, no triples, 23 home runs, 72 RBIs and 63 runs scored.Albert Morán of the Sun Prairie Swallows finished second in voting, while Randy Daugherty of the Marmora Scramblers finished third. |
