Robinson on a Tear, Hits for Cycle Saturday, August 19th, 2017 The Belvedere Park fans had a lot to cheer about today as Jared Robinson hit for the cycle en route to a 13-0 victory over the Seattle Terns. The 21-year-old second baseman led the way with 4 RBI and 4 hits. Jared Robinson doubled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, walked in the 4th, hit an RBI triple in the 5th, flied out in the 8th and hit a three-run home run off Luis Fernández in the 9th. Thus far this season in 63 games Robinson is batting .281 with 6 home runs, 33 RBIs and 39 runs scored. He has 68 hits in 242 at-bats. |
