MAA Star of the Week Honored Monday, August 7th, 2017 26-year-old Joe Adams made a few Elkford headlines during this past week as the rookie third baseman proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and M3L Double A officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 17 hits in 36 at-bats to put up a .472 average. Adams collected 2 home runs, 7 RBIs and scored 8 runs. For the season Adams has hit .432 with 6 home runs and 17 RBIs. He has played in 24 games and scored 21 times. |
