Camp Springs's Daugherty Goes Ballistic with 5 Hits Saturday, July 1st, 2017 Randy Daugherty did all he could with his bat, but it just wasn't enough for the Camp Springs Grenadiers to pull out a victory. The 19-year-old left fielder rapped out 5 hits in the game, but couldn't overcome the Huntington Beach Surf. The Grenadiers lost the game 21-11 today at Surf Ballpark. Randy Daugherty singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th. This season Daugherty is batting .500 with 14 hits and no home runs. He has scored 6 times and has 4 RBI. |
