League 1 AAA Selects Best Performer Monday, August 21st, 2017 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the League 1 AAA, but last week Fernando González of the Salt Lake City Buzz reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. González rocked opposing pitching for a .600 average (12-20), 4 home runs and 9 RBIs to come away with the award. So far this season González is hitting .380 with 17 home runs. |
