Lyon and Smith Traded Wednesday, October 11th, 2017 It has been in the rumor mill for several weeks, but today team officials for Atlanta and California confirmed an agreement. The Smoke dealt 23-year-old reliever Mike Lyon to the Oceanliners for 29-year-old first baseman Chris Smith. Taking the mound 49 times in his career, Lyon has compiled an ERA of 2.86 with 11 saves. He has tossed 63 innings with 45 strikeouts and 29 free passes. Opponents have hit .226 against him. He has a won-lost record of 4-4. |
