Great Stroke: Schenkel Gets 5 Hits Friday, July 14th, 2017 Todd Schenkel did more than his part as California trimmed Rocky Mountain today at Oceanview Park. The Oceanliners shortstop pounded out 5 hits to pace his team to a 8-7 thumping of the Nuggets. Todd Schenkel singled in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, singled in the 9th, walked in the 11th, walked in the 13th and hit an RBI single in the 15th. So far on the season Schenkel is hitting .267 with 5 home runs, 14 RBIs and 20 runs scored. He has 24 hits and played in 41 games. |
