He pitched his way to a 8-2 record and carted off the 2030 Sub League 1 Pitcher of the Year Award. Working 90.2 innings this year, Smith made 13 starts, struck out 63 and crafted a 2.08 ERA. He gave up 76 hits and 20 walks and limited other teams to a .223 average. Rodrigo Torres of the Pittsburgh Killa Beez finished second in voting, while Alfredo Corona of the Alabama Shakes finished third. |
