Otero 5-for-7 Against Quincy

Some moments become linked with a particular player's career forever. Octávio Otero of the Roy Eagle Squadron had one of those moments when he went 5-for-7 at the plate today in the 10-6 win over the Quincy Doughboys at Ballpark of Sunrise Manor.
"I won't forget this anytime soon, and I don't expect it to happen too often," the 22-year-old right fielder told reporters in the postgame interview. "I'll be happy to just get a hit or two every day. Enough to hang around the league a while longer. Like 10, maybe 15 more years."
Octávio Otero grounded out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 5th, tripled in the 8th, grounded out in the 9th, singled in the 11th and hit an RBI single in the 13th.
Batting .270 to date, Otero has 1 home run and 11 RBIs.
