Year Ends for Wilson Rivera in Washington DC
Friday, September 6th, 2030
The season is apparently over for Wilson Rivera. The Washington DC Hot Sauce medical staff informed the club that the reliever will be out at least 10-11 months with a torn labrum. Rivera was hurt in the game against Santa Anna while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season.
This year Rivera has registered no saves in 6 relief appearances. He has also compiled a 1-0 won-lost mark with a 2.13 ERA. In 12.2 innings he has fanned 11.
