Yellowknife's Ramírez Sidelined for Season Friday, August 9th, 2030 The season is apparently over for Germán Ramírez. The Yellowknife Claws medical staff informed the club that the reliever will be out at least 7 months with a torn labrum. Ramírez was hurt in the game against Oceanside while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. Taking a look at this year, Germán Ramírez has made 11 relief appearances, recorded no saves and compiled a 0-0 won-lost mark and a 4.50 ERA. In pitching 16 innings, he has totaled 13 strikeouts and 6 walks. |
