That's the mantra the team is following after today qualifying for the playoffs. "We may be going into the playoffs as a wild card team, but we plan to finish the playoffs as champions," said right fielder Martin Davis. "There's no shortage of confidence from guys in our clubhouse." With a record of 25-16, there will of course be teams with better track records in the postseason. But team manager Cam Martin said his club has "infinite optimism" that they can win the franchise's 1st High School Stars League championship. |
