Conway Slaps 5 Hits Monday, May 6th, 2030 Brian Conway of the Summit was unstoppable in today's 14-9 victory over the Buchanan HS at Lincolnville HS Fields. He battered them for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. "Boy, I was on the mark today," said the Grand Rapids HS left fielder after the game. "I could see the ball real well. It's a great feeling to do this. And besides, 5-for-6 won't hurt your batting average like 0-for-5 will." Brian Conway doubled in the 2nd, grounded out in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a three-run home run off Lawrence Edmonds in the 6th, singled in the 7th and doubled in the 9th.
