"I've always loved hitting in Ballpark of Novato HS," the first baseman told reporters following his big day. "You can see the ball so well." For the game, he collected 3 hits in 5 at-bats, scored 4 runs and had 8 RBIs. Luis Peña struck out in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off Bob González in the 5th, hit a GRAND SLAM off Jason O'Quinn in the 6th, walked in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off Jeremy Wilson in the 9th.
