HSNL Pick for Top Pitcher in April is Días Wednesday, May 1st, 2030 Any time a rookie makes a splash on the scene, it's got to be great for his career potential. Just ask Carlos Días, who put together a stellar month out of the pen. The Oklahoma City HS Magicians closer, 18, kept the opposition off balance all month as he held them to a .162 average and walked away with the High School NL Pitcher of the Month award for April. Días posted a 3-1 mark and a 1.89 ERA in 15 relief appearances. In 19 innings, he had 6 saves, 25 strikeouts, and 5 walks. |
