Hit Streak Now at 35 for Ledoux Tuesday, April 30th, 2030 Chris Ledoux's hitting streak is becoming the talk of Santa Fe HS. The 17-year-old shortstop extended it once again today, this time bringing it to 35 games with a 1-for-1 performance against the Newport News HS Paints. The Chiefs took the game, 7-2. "People are starting to bring it up to me when I'm around town," he said. "It's getting stressful." Chris Ledoux was hit by a pitch in the 1st, walked in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, flied out in the 6th and walked in the 8th. This season Ledoux is batting .471 with 56 hits, no home runs, 14 RBIs, 16 walks, .540 OBP and has scored 21 runs. He has played in 27 games. |
