Ledoux's Hit Streak Soars to 31 Games Thursday, April 25th, 2030 Chris Ledoux, shortstop for the Santa Fe HS Chiefs, ran his consecutive-game hitting streak to 31 games with 3 hits in his club's 10-9 victory today over the Maris School Mariners at Field of the Bullies today. "Not the outcome we wanted," Maris School manager Mauro Campos said. "There's never a good time to lose, and it's never fun to be on the wrong end of somebody else's accomplishment." Chris Ledoux singled in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, flied out in the 6th, flied out in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 9th. This year Ledoux is batting .439 with no home runs and 10 RBIs. In 23 games he has scored 20 times. |
