Bulldogs Davis Gone for Year Monday, April 22nd, 2030 The season is finished for Bruce Davis of the Otsego HS Bulldogs. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Bulldogs second baseman suffered a broken kneecap while running the bases in a recent game against the Bishop Gorman HS Balbasaurs. Team doctors said it would take at least 5-6 months to heal. This year Davis has collected a .299 batting average to date with 23 hits in 77 at-bats, 7 RBIs, 1 home run and scored 14 times. He has played in 21 games. |
