Red-Hot Guppy Scorches Triplets Monday, April 1st, 2030 It wasn't just another day at the ballpark for George Guppy today. Guppy went on a tear and cracked hit after hit off Overland Park HS pitchers. When the dust settled on the diamond at Triplets Ballpark, he had a 5-for-6 line and a day he will long remember. And the Bishop Amat HS had a 15-4 victory over the Triplets. "Yeah, it'll be something nice to tell the grandkids, but it won't get me a hit tomorrow," he joked in the postgame interview. George Guppy struck out in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI double in the 5th, hit a three-run home run off Eric Robinson in the 7th, singled in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 9th.
