Season Ends for Melvin Adams of Missouri

The season is ending on a bad note for Melvin Adams, reliever for the Missouri Tigers. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Adams was hurt against the Kansas State Wildcats while throwing a pitch. He suffered a torn ulnar collateral ligament and will be out for at least 12-13 months.
