Hit Streak Now at 34 for Rosa Tuesday, May 7th, 2030 The Missouri Tigers fell to the California Golden Bears in Evans Diamond today, even as 20-year-old center fielder Rodney Rosa upped his consecutive-game hitting streak to 34 games. Rosa finished with 2 hits in 4 at-bats, but could not stop the Tigers from dropping the 6-3 decision. "Yeah, I kept my streak going, but it would have been better to come away with a win," said Rosa. Rodney Rosa flied out in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 5th and grounded out in the 8th. Rosa is hitting .468 in 2030 with 33 RBIs and 8 home runs. |
